// Editorial verdict
The Sim-Lab GT1 Evo remains one of the smartest starting points for sim racers who want to move into a proper aluminum profile cockpit without overspending. It offers strong compatibility, solid rigidity for most setups, and the modularity needed to grow over time with better pedals, wheelbases, and accessories. It is not as advanced as Sim-Lab’s newer Pro or Ultimate rigs, but for value-focused buyers it still makes a lot of sense.
Strengths
- ·Excellent value for an aluminum profile cockpit
